The photo was taken during Taft's visit for the Ground Breaking Ceremony of the Alexander Wing at Darlington House (Toledo Jewish Home for the Aged), 2735 Darlington Road, Toledo, Ohio. The Toledo Jewish News reported the event occured October 6, 1974.
