Steve Edelstein (left) and Robert Gersten (right) of the Jewish Federation of Toledo, Ohio receive a Bronze Award from the Public Relations Council of National Federation at the annual assembly for "Best Newspaper Advertising". Mr. Edelstein was the Jewish Federation CEO from 1984 to 1994. The woman in the middle is unidentified. The black and white photo was taken in 1986.
